Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Honestly it's usually faster! I pack and ship from my home in Overland Park, KS and I take it seriously. But I'm a one-woman show, so I appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping

All orders ship via USPS standard shipping. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number automatically so you can stalk your package accordingly.

 

Need it faster?

I don't offer expedited shipping as a standard option, but if you're on a deadline email me at hello[at]rxtraco[dot]com, and I'll do my best to make it work.

 

Where I ship

Everywhere in the US. Kits have made it to Myrtle Beach, Austin, and beyond.

 

What if something is missing or broken?

Every kit is packaged with care, but just in case anything in your kit is missing or arrives damaged, hello[at]rxtraco[dot]com email me at and I'll make it right.

 

What about lost packages?

Once your kit is in USPS's hands it's outside my control. I'll always provide a tracking number so you can follow your package. If something goes wrong in transit, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
