Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed (by me, by hand!) from Overland Park, KS within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Single kits ship through USPS Ground Advantage and are usually delivered within 2-5 days in you're in the contiguous 48 states. Orders of 2+ kits ship free!
Damaged Items
I take great care in packaging every Rxtra order, but if your item arrives damaged or missing items, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rxtraco.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. I'll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date and I'll open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Rxtra is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Stolen Packages
Rxtra is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. I recommend adding shipping protection at checkout if available, or filing a claim with your local postal service.
