Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Damaged Items We take great care in packaging every Rxtra order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rxtraco.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Rxtra is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Stolen Packages Rxtra is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout if available, or filing a claim with your local postal service.
International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country.
