About
This is not a craft brand.
The rhinestones are the excuse. The connection is the point.
I started Rxtra Co. in May 2026 (👋 hi), making rhinestone crafting experiences designed to get women in a room together and give them a reason to actually go deeper. Every kit includes something fun to bedazzle, everything you need to bedazzle it, and a conversation card — a set of prompts designed to turn a craft night into something that actually matters.
The kit gives your hands something to do. The conversation card gives the night somewhere real to go.
Seriously, I have whole manifest on this. Be sure to check out the But... Why? page for the whole shebang.
Why this exists

I'm Suzi Nelson, a working mom in Overland Park, Kansas. For the last decade, I've built communities for brands, including one of the biggest social media companies in the world. It's the kind of work where you learn, over and over, what actually makes people show up for each other and what just looks like it does on paper.
Then my own family moved here from out of state two years ago, and I did everything the playbook says to do. Joined things. Made plans. Showed up. And still came home feeling like something was missing.
I had people, I just didn't have depth. And for a while, I wondered if that was just what adult friendship was supposed to feel like now.
It isn't. I hadn't missed my window. I just needed something to blame the conversation on.
So I took everything I'd learned building community for other people's brands and pointed it at something I actually cared about: women, specifically, and the kind of connection that only happens in person. No algorithm, no group chat, no screen between you and the person across the table.
Every kit is assembled by hand, right here in Overland Park, and shipped to women across the country who are done settling for surface-level.
What I believe
Every woman is quietly carrying something. And often doing it alone, even when surrounded by people going through the exact same thing.
The conversation is already there. It just needs a permission slip.
Joy is not a distraction from the hard stuff. It's how you get through it.
Some things only work in person. This is one of them.
You didn't miss your window to have real friends.
