FAQs
Wait. A bedazzling pill bottle?
Yes. A fully, completely, rhinestone-covered pill bottle. We know. It's a little unhinged. That's kind of the point. There is something genuinely funny about gluing tiny gems onto a prescription bottle, and we are leaning all the way into it.
The humor is the door. The conversation is what's behind it.
What is actually in the kit?
Everything you need to bedazzle a pill bottle from top to bottom including the bottle itself, plenty of rhinestones, and all the tools you need. We've also thrown in fool-proof instructions and a host guide so you can easily rope in your gal pals.
There's also a conversation card with three questions about mental health, coping, and the stuff we usually keep to ourselves.
We provide the sparkle. You provide the spill.
What is the conversation card?
It's one card (not a deck, not a game) with three real questions designed to get past the "I'm fine" part of the conversation. It also has a reflection space at the bottom so you can write down whatever stuck with you.
The card says right at the top: "Pass if you want."
No pressure. No therapy. Just an opening, if you want to take it.
Do I have to use the card?
Nope. Some people bedazzle in silence and that is also a valid life choice. But most people find that once their hands are busy, the conversation starts on its own. The card just gives it somewhere to go.
Is this a solo thing or a group thing?
Both. Solo, it is a surprisingly meditative way to spend an hour. The questions work great as journal prompts too.
In a group, it is one of those rare activities where everyone is doing something with their hands, the pressure is off, and somehow the real talk just... happens.
Why a pill bottle specifically?
Because a lot of us take one every day and act like it doesn't exist. Antidepressants, anxiety meds, ADHD meds, mood stabilizers — whatever it is, the bottle usually lives face-down in a drawer or buried in a purse.
Covering it in rhinestones is a small, ridiculous, kind of powerful way of saying: I take my meds, and I'm not embarrassed about it.
Also it looks incredible on a bathroom counter.
